- Your discount level will be based on the first order that you place.
- There is no minimum of maximum order: each month, you may order as few or as many items as you like.
- Orders from each month's Previews Catalog must be submitted to Bargain Comics by the stated deadline (generally, by the 15th of the month). We can not guarantee that we will process orders received after the deadline.
- Your order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the items you have ordered. You may not refuse to purchase items that you have ordered, except under extreme circumstances.
- You must purchase items you have ordered within 60 days of their arrival in the store. If you fail to purchase items within this time, Bargain Comics reserves the right to sell the items to other customers.
- Orders for individual items that retail for more than $100.00 must be accompanied by a pre-paid deposit of 50% of the price of the item.
- You must provide a valid phone number and e-mail address and you must inform Bargain Comics when your phone number or e-mail address changes. (Bargain Comics will keep this information on file for our use only, and will never knowingly distribute this information to any other party.)
- As a new Hold File Member, you will automatically be added to Bargain Comics' e-mail mailing list and will receive a monthly e-mail newsletter. You may opt out of this newsletter at any time.
- Bargain Comics reserves the right to change the discount amounts extended to hold file members at any time. Any changes will apply to new orders only, not to items that have already been ordered. .
- Failure to abide by the above policies constitutes a breach of your agreement with Bargain Comics and may result in cancellation of your hold file membership privileges.
